Leimpresse/Masse

Wathane
Polyurethane, aliphatic. Improves the Ink Jet printability of paper surfaces. Available between 30-50% solids, anionic and cationic

B-Coat WB 100 C
B-Coat WB 100 C is a hydrophobic barrier compound based on polymer dispersions and paraffin. It has been specially designed for size press and Filmpress applications to obtain low Cobb values and medium grease and fat resistance. The tendency to generate foam is very low! B-Coat WB 100 C does not contain fluoropolymers, therefore, POFA/POFS-free

B-Coat SP1
Fluor-free, waterbased barrier to obtain medium fat and grease barriers. Designed for size press and Filmpress applications. It is applied, diluted with water or in combination with anionic starch. In addition to the oil and grease barrier, B-Coat SP 1 has a strong hydrophobic character.

B-Coat SP 1 can be used without defoaming agents, even in high dilution ratios with water or starch solutions.

Polyflon P-K6
Polyflon P-K6 is a fluorinated ccryl-copolymer with excellent oil and grease-repellent characteristics. Polyflon P-K6 can be applied either at coating device or in wet-end, especially in combination with waste paper. Polyflon P-K6 is based on modern C6-technology and does not contain PFOA and PFOS. The components of Polyflon P-K6 comply with BfR 36th recommendation as well as FDA regulations for food contact.

Oleoprotect J11 /J11-N / J11+ /J11-S
Fluorinated compound, applied as oil and grease repellent for paper and paperboard. The Oleoprotect product range is based on a C6-chemistry. The measured data for PFOA and PFOS are under current limits of detectability. Oleoprotect complies with BfR 36th recommendation as well as FDA regulations for food contact.

Oleogard AC 6
Fluorinated compound, as oil and grease repellent for paper and paperboard surface applications , anionic. Oleogard AC 6 complies with BfR 36th recommendation as well as FDA regulations for food contact.

Wetgard FM 5/E40
Hydrophobic agent, which is also used to reduce dusting in Offset printing, reduced the blanket contamination, thus increasing the impressions before wash-ups. Anionic.
